I’ve been training on and off for about four months and like other runners, I’ve been reading up on running barefoot. I’ve had really bad ankle injuries from playing soccer, and was advised by my doctor after suffering ankle pain and bruising to perhaps consider another hobby other than running.
I recently ordered a pair of Vibram 5Fingers KSO Trek shoes and received them in the mail today. Here is me unboxing and testing out my new running shoes.
